Hat Sizing Foam Tape

Hat sizes can be a little tricky. That is why we have our easy-to-apply hat tape, available and ready to ship out with any hat purchase, so you can have a perfect fit!

3” White Foam Strips

Instructions:

Cut your preferred amount of tape if needed. (The more you use, the tighter the fit and you can always add in more tape if extra padding is necessary)

Remove the hat tape adhesive cover.

Place the tape along the curve of the hat, facing the hat wall under the black lining.

Try the new fit, and add or remove tape as needed!

Of course we will do our best to select the perfect hat for you, we can be more exact if you add your head measurement into the notes!
