IN-STORE Returns Policy

Holiday Return Policy: For the Christmas Holiday Season, starting with the purchasing date of Nov 25th, please return Instore, no later than January 10th, for store credit and size exchange only, Returns will not be accepted after the 10th

In-Store purchasees can be Refunded within 5 days with receipt, Exchange or Store Credit only between 5 and 10 days, No Returns or Exchanges after 10 days of original sale. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Greenville. Returned clothing items must be unworn with price tags intact. Shoes must be returned with shoe box in good condition. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, Vintage and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.


ONLINE Returns Policy

Holiday Return Policy: For the Christmas Holiday Season, starting with the purchasing date of Nov 25th, please have Online returns posted no later than January 10th, for store credit or size exchange only, any returns postmarked after the 10th will be returned to customer

We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, we will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be posted to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, Vintage, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
